What condition are your products?

All products are Refurbished A-Grade condition unless otherwise specified. Occasionally, we receive devices that aren't quite up to A Grade specification; these are sometimes listed under our Value + section, which is a separate part of our website dedicated to B Grade items. Please see our device Our Refurbishment & Quality Grading Process guide for more information. General wear and tear is to be expected, however you won't receive anything that is damaged to the point it compromises the functionality of the device.
