What's in the box: chargers and accessories

Every laptop and tablet comes with a charger that works with that model. Desktops and all-in-ones come with a power cable. Anything else is included only if the listing says so.

Included

• Laptops and Windows tablets: a compatible charger matched to the model's connector (USB-C or barrel plug) and wattage.
• Phones and iPads: a new, safety-compliant charger and cable.
• Desktops and all-in-ones: a mains power cable, or a power adapter for Mini and Micro PCs.
• Monitors: a power cable and a video cable.
• Docks: the dock's own power supply.
• Wi-Fi antennas: supplied where the computer needs them to connect to Wi-Fi.

Not included unless the listing says so

• Keyboard and mouse. Desktops need these, including iMacs and all-in-ones.
• Stylus or pen
• Detachable keyboards and type covers (Surface Go, Surface Pro, ThinkPad X12)
• Video cables (HDMI, DisplayPort) for computers. These come only with monitors.
• Additional drive caddies
• The original retail box and manuals. Devices come in secure protective packaging instead.
• Paper tax invoice. It's in your account under My Orders.
