Reading our listings: specs, Wi-Fi, touch, ports and keyboard layout
The product title lists the main specifications of the unit we ship: model, processor, RAM, storage, screen size and resolution, touch, and operating system. Check the title carefully before ordering, because it causes the most "not as expected" returns.
- Model number: a Latitude 5420 (14") and a 5520 (15.6") look alike. "2-in-1" and "Detachable" are different designs.
- Touchscreen: only touch models say "Touch" in the title.
- Screen resolution: FHD means 1920×1080. HD (1366×768) is listed as HD.
- Ports: see the product description for the ports on that model.
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth: most laptops have both. Check the product description for desktops and Micro PCs.
- Keyboard layout: laptops ship with a US English layout, which is the standard Australian layout, and are set up for the Australian region.
- Phones and iPads are carrier-unlocked unless the listing says otherwise.
- Upgrades: RAM and SSD upgrades you pay for at checkout appear as separate lines on your invoice. Check them against the unit when it arrives.
- Vinyl skin: if a unit has one, it's noted in the specifications.
