Windows activation and product keys

Windows activates automatically the first time your computer connects to the internet. The licence is stored digitally in the computer, so there's no key to type in.

Check activation: open Settings > System > Activation. It should say "Windows is activated with a digital licence".

Shows as not activated? Contact our customer service team through the Contact Us page with your order number and a screenshot of the Activation page.

Reinstalling Windows reactivates it automatically. Choose the same edition (Home or Pro) as before.
