Every Mac, iPhone and iPad is checked before sale. We remove any management or company controls, confirm it isn't blacklisted, and make sure it isn't locked to a previous owner's Apple ID. It's ready for you to set up with your own.

• Face ID and Touch ID work on every supported model, unless the listing says otherwise.
• iPhones and cellular iPads are carrier-unlocked unless the listing says otherwise.

Contact us straight away with a photo if setup shows any of these:

• Activation Lock, asking for a previous owner's Apple ID
• Remote Management, naming a school or company
• A passcode screen the first time you turn it on

We'll arrange a free return and replacement.
