Getting a tax invoice

We no longer include paper invoices, to reduce waste. Your tax invoice, including GST and our ABN, is in your account.

• Website orders: log in and open My Orders to view or print the invoice. No account? Create one with the email you ordered with (see Your online account).
• eBay orders: we send the invoice through eBay messages. If it doesn't arrive, message us through eBay.
• Amazon orders fulfilled by Amazon: Amazon issues the invoice. Go to Amazon's Help and Customer Service page, select Tax Invoice, and follow the steps for orders sold and fulfilled by Amazon AU.
• Business name on the invoice: enter your company name in your customer information at checkout. The invoice uses the details you enter.

Can you change the details on my invoice? No. The invoice is issued with the name and address entered when you placed the order, and we can't reissue it with different details. Check your customer information before you complete checkout.
