International orders and customs

We ship to New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Canada, Singapore, PNG, the Philippines, Fiji, the Solomon Islands, Dubai, India and more.

• Shipping cost depends on the destination, parcel size and weight, and is shown at checkout.
• Prices are in Australian dollars. Your bank sets the exchange rate and any conversion fee.
• Import duties and customs fees aren't covered by us. Any duties, taxes or customs charges in your country are yours to pay when the parcel arrives.
• Keep an eye on your tracking. International parcels can be held in customs, and the courier or customs office may contact you for information or payment. If your parcel is held or clearance is delayed, contact your country's customs office directly to release it.
• The courier decides whether a parcel travels by air or sea.
• Warranty covers international orders, but you pay the cost of sending the item to Brisbane and back.
