Refunds: how long they take – Australian Computer Traders

We process your refund once the returned item reaches us and is checked.

Return in transit to us	2 to 10 business days, depending on location
We process the refund	1 to 2 business days after it arrives
Money reaches your account	Up to 5 business days (often 1 day with major banks)

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Afterpay, Zip and PayPal Pay in 4 refunds go to that provider's account, not your bank.
PayPal: if PayPal won't accept the refund, we'll ask for your account name, BSB and account number through your ticket. We never ask for card numbers.
Change-of-mind refunds may be reduced if the item comes back worn, damaged or missing accessories.
Marketplace orders (eBay, Amazon, JB Hi-Fi, Reebelo) are refunded through the marketplace.
