Change-of-mind returns

You have 30 days from delivery to decide whether an item is right for you. Faulty or incorrect items aren't change of mind: see Something's wrong with my order.

• Ask us first. Request a return through the Returns & Refunds form, and we'll send an RA number.
• Condition: the item must be in its original condition, with its packaging and all included accessories. Excess wear or damage may reduce the refund.
• Postage: you pay return postage. Use a tracked service.
• Refund: processed once the item arrives and is checked (see Refunds).
